It's very weird to me, in this day and age, that you think it's normal not to have a "cancel subscription" button like every other modern company.

(By the way, I am not angry at the person reading this. I know you have nothing to do with it. I am speaking directly to ScentBird himself.)

Why wouldn't you want a feature that makes things easier for customers? Surely you understand that companies confident in their product don't need to trap people into staying.
